Our freshly produced 100% whole wheat Atta is produced processed in the ancient chakki-grinding procedure, retains the bran and germ for high fiber, is fresh, high in protein content, producing soft fluffy chapatis. It is made from premium Durum wheat produced in Montana. Our Atta absorbs water better, ensuring your rotis stay soft for longer. It is packed with natural essential nutrients and generous amounts of vitamin B and E. Microorganisms rapidly multiply in Atta after 3 months of production, especially if exposed to moisture during trans-ocean shipments, and cancerous preservatives need to be added to prevent this. Our atta is fresh and free from any preservative.
